Operating out of new, purpose-fitted offices in Godalming our commercial property work is high quality and includes:

• Landlord and Tenant work acting for local landlords, tenants, SIPP providers and portfolio owners
• Commercial freehold acquisition and disposal
• Land Development, from single unit to 100+ unit strategic sites, including options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements with multiple stakeholders and infrastructure agreements
• Financing work acting for borrowers and lenders

We are exclusively office-based and role with Marshalls would suit any individual who thrives working shoulder to shoulder as part of a close-knit team.
