Experienced Private Client Secretary (Office-Based)

Marshalls Solicitors is seeking an experienced Private Client Secretary to join our friendly and well-established team. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting fee earners in wills, probate, trusts, LPA’s and estate administration.

The role includes:

  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
  • File management and diary administration
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and sensitive manner
  • General administrative support within the private client department

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a private client secretary
  • Strong typing and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and client care
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
