Formally a partner with a large regional law firm and latterly a consultant with national firm Gateley PLC, Charles deals with acquisition and sales by way of contracts, options and promotion agreements, collaboration and development agreements between development partners, overage agreements, planning agreements, infrastructure agreements and ancillary matters to provide sound pragmatic advice and solutions to developers and landowners.

 Charles was born in Guildford and has always lived in the area, enjoying his home and family life in a local Surrey Hills village.
