Graham joined Marshalls in January 2025 as a partner and head of the company commercial department. He prides himself on the quality of his relationships and is a trusted adviser to his clients on their business journey.

Graham advises on a full range of corporate and commercial work, specialising in share and business sales and acquisitions, company investments, shareholder agreements and share option agreements, lending, general shareholder and director advice and commercial agreements. He also has in-house experience and having worked so closely with owners and senior management teams understands and appreciates the challenges and stresses that businesses and their owners face.

Having studied at Nottingham University and the University of Law, Graham qualified as a solicitor in 2013, and trained and worked in leading City and regional law firms before going on to lead corporate and commercial departments. This has given him a wide-ranging and varied experience of guiding a breadth of clients, from sole-owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs at the start of their ventures through to multi-million pound investment rounds and company mergers and acquisitions.

Graham assists his clients in a friendly and commercially pragmatic way and is known for his supportive and positive outlook and trying to make transactions as smooth as possible for his clients.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys spending time with his young family and going on country dog walks and playing sport with friends.
