A. Marshalls Solicitors LLP, 102 High Street, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1DS
John joined Marshalls Commercial Property team in April 2024 from a leading national family law firm. Having practiced in Family Law for the last 9 years, John has returned to his property roots and now deals exclusively with Commercial Property matters, having qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
Drawing on a broad range of experience, John deals with as landlord and tenant matters, property investments, disposals and acquisitions, security charging, and development. Since joining Marshalls John has assisted and worked with a diverse range of clients with their commercial property needs, including high street retailers, investment landlords, landowners and pension trusts.
John thrives on collaborating with clients, in particular those local to the area, offering tailored support and strategic advice to empower them in achieving their objectives, seizing opportunities, and navigating risks effectively.
Outside the office, John can usually be found watching (and occasionally playing, when limited talent and fitness allows) almost all sports, in particular golf, with varying degrees of success. All remaining time is spent chasing after 2 young children, again, with varying degrees of success.
