Belinda is a partner in the Private Client Department and has over 30 years’ legal experience in all areas of wills, powers of attorney, tax planning, probate and trusts. She is a member of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly).

She also deals with trustee work for a number of charities that Marshalls administers and has also been called on to give evidence at the Coroners Court in connection with one of her cases.

Born and bred in Surrey, she studied Modern Languages at Oxford University and lives in Chiddingfold where she is a Trustee of the Chiddingfold Archive. She loves, opera, gardening, cycling, walking, riding horses and keeping chickens
