Private Client Lawyer

 We are looking for someone of at least three years PQE to deal in particular with powers of attorney, deputyships and other Court of Protection matters such as statutory wills etc. and managing the affairs of incapacitated or vulnerable clients. They would also deal with wills and estate administration as part of their caseload.

The position is office based but we offer some flexibility for working from home on an occasional basis. We would prefer somebody full time but would also consider applications from somebody willing to work part time four days a week.
