Nathan is a partner in the property department. Nathan’s past work spanned everything from studio flats in London to complex country estates often with commercial, residential and agricultural elements. He now uses that experience and knowledge to mentor and supervise our expanding residential conveyancing team with the diverse work it carries out.

Nathan has a central role running and managing Marshalls and is the firm’s compliance officer for finance and administration. He is also responsible for maintaining our CQS accreditation, mortgage lender panel status and for overseeing elements of risk compliance.

Originally from Lancashire, Nathan studied at Liverpool University and then moved to Surrey to train at Marshalls, qualifying in 2008. A dad to 3 boys, he now lives on the Surrey/Hampshire border and in his spare time plays 5-a-side football and enjoys mountain biking and playing the guitar.
