Roz is a Consultant Solicitor for the Property Department at Marshalls, specialising in residential property and conveyancing. With over 20 years’ experience since qualifying in 2003, she supports first-time buyers, home movers, downsizers, attorneys and executors through all aspects of property transactions.

Roz is known for being efficient, approachable and unflappable. She regularly handles complex and technically challenging matters, providing clear and practical advice. Roz takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and in delivering a reliable, responsive service during what can often be a significant life event.

Roz studied Law at University College London before qualifying into a rural firm in the Cotswolds. She later continued her career in Surrey, taking a break to raise her two children before returning to practice and joining Marshalls.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening and walking in the Surrey Hills with her family and their two doodles.
