Sam is a partner in the private client team specialising in wills, powers of attorney, tax planning, estate administration and trusts.  She has been a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) since 2014 after receiving Distinction for her post graduate STEP diploma.

Sam grew up in Surrey and studied Human Biology at Kings College London.  She worked in compliance for a bank in the City of London for a period before qualifying into private client as a solicitor in 2005.  She joined Marshalls in August 2023 after a total of 16 years in private client across two well-respected firms of solicitors in Surrey.

Sam lives in Frensham with her family and enjoys dance, music and the great outdoors.
