Stephen specialises in Land Development, predominantly acting for developers of residential properties in acquiring land, dealing with planning agreements, infrastructure agreements, overage matters and joint venture agreements with Housing Associations.

He also deals with the site set up, ready for the individual plot sales, assisted by his team.

Originally from Suffolk, Stephen qualified in 2000 having studied Land Management at the University of Reading. He joined Marshalls in 2022 having spent 10 years at a top 100 solicitors firm where he was the Head of the Land Development team.

Now living in Witley, just outside Godalming, he enjoys golf and football; supporting Ipswich Town and managing his son’s youth football team
